These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Verivance website and testing services provided by Verivance (Verivance Analytical LLC, "Verivance," "we," "us"). By using the site or submitting a sample, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.
Verivance is an independent third-party analytical testing service. We analyze samples submitted to us and issue a certificate of analysis describing what our instruments measured. Our results describe only the specific sample as received by us. They are not a statement about any other unit, batch, or product, and they are not an endorsement of any seller, manufacturer, or marketplace.
Our services and reports are provided for research and analytical purposes only. We do not make health, safety, medical, or efficacy claims about any compound we test, and nothing on this site is medical, legal, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for how you use any result we provide.
Verivance holds no ownership stake in, and accepts no compensation from, any manufacturer, vendor, or marketplace whose products we test. Our only commercial relationship is with the party who submits a sample for analysis.
By submitting a sample or a request, you represent and agree that:
Each report is assigned a task number and a unique key that anyone can use on our Verify page to confirm the report is genuine. A report reflects the sample as received and the methods stated on it. You may share a complete, unaltered report, but you may not edit, forge, or selectively excerpt a report in a way that changes its meaning.
Where fees apply, they are those quoted for the specific service at the time of your order. Turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Any ordering, payment, and shipping terms presented at the time of order form part of these Terms.
You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, submit false verification data to disrupt the service, or use the site in violation of applicable law.
The website, its content, and the Verivance name and marks are owned by Verivance and protected by law. Certificates of analysis we issue may be shared in full and unaltered for the purpose of verifying results.
The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Testing is limited to the methods used and the sample received, and results are not a guarantee about any other material.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verivance will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, our services, or any report. Our total liability for any claim relating to a test is limited to the amount you paid for that test.
You agree to indemnify and hold Verivance harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your submissions, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
